Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is currently 24 hours, if you cancel your lesson within this period full payment is required.
Watching Weeks – Term Time Group Lessons and Pony Club
We find that children taking part in our regular group and pony club lessons progress further with their riding without the pressure of spectators. We have therefore decided to implement ‘watching weeks’ where parents and carers are invited to watch their childs’ lesson at the end of term only. You will be asked to make your way down to the arena when you arrive to minimise the number of people on the yard.
Any accompanying children must be supervised at all times.
Watching weeks do not apply to ‘Tots Trots’ lessons where parents/carers are required to stay.
